Frequently asked questions

How are words counted?

Any run of characters separated by spaces, tabs or line breaks counts as one word, so hyphenated words and numbers count once.

Is my text uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs in your browser and the text never leaves your device, so you can paste confidential drafts, contracts or customer data.
