About this tool
Create Blank PDF — Empty, Lined, Squared or Dotted Pages
Make a new PDF from scratch in A4, A3, A5, Letter or Legal, with up to 200 blank, lined, squared or dotted pages, then download it or type, sign and add images in the editor. Everything runs locally in your browser — no upload, no sign-up, no watermark and no file size limit.
Paper Size, Orientation and Page Count
Pick A4, A3, A5, Letter or Legal, portrait or landscape, and how many pages the file should have.
Blank, Lined, Squared or Dotted
Lines 8 mm apart, a 5 mm grid or a 5 mm dot grid are drawn as fine vector lines, so they print sharp at any size and keep the file small.
Fill It In Right Away
Open the new PDF in the editor to type text, add images, signatures, stamps, form fields, page numbers or a watermark.
How to use it
- Choose the paper size and the number of pages, then portrait or landscape.
- Pick a page style (blank, lined, squared or dotted) and a paper colour. The preview shows the first page as it will print.
- Click Create and edit. The PDF is made on your device and opens in the PDF editor, ready for text, images, signatures and form fields.
- Only need the empty pages, for example to print lined paper? Click Download PDF instead.
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. Toolula processes the document inside your browser tab with pdf-lib and WebAssembly, so the file never leaves your device.
How do I print lined or graph paper?
Choose Lined, Squared or Dotted, set the number of pages and download the PDF. Print it at 100% (actual size) so the 8 mm lines and 5 mm squares keep their size.
Can I add pages to an existing PDF instead?
Yes. Open the file in the PDF editor and use Add blank page in the page sidebar, or insert the pages of another PDF.
Does a long blank PDF make a large file?
No. Every page shares the same drawing, so 200 lined pages take only a few kilobytes more than one.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can use every Toolula PDF tool for free, without an account. The free plan has fair-use limits; Toolula Pro, an optional plan, raises them and adds advanced features.
